Adam Niazi FCCA is the author of Becoming A Strategic Business Leader: The Ultimate All-In-One Guide. He is a Fellow of the ACCA with an MSc from UCL and an Executive MBA from the University of Exeter, and he wrote the book after coaching students through the ACCA SBL exam.

Why I wrote this book
The book started with my cousin. He was struggling with the ACCA Strategic Business Leader module, so I coached him through it. He passed, and then he started sending me other students who were stuck. The notes I wrote for them became Becoming A Strategic Business Leader (University of Northampton, January 2024).
There are plenty of leadership books, but many are long and based on opinion. I wanted something different: a concise, evidence-based toolkit that covers the whole SBL syllabus in 19 chapters, references established frameworks, and can be read quickly. It works as a pocket handbook for SBL students and as a practical reference for anyone stepping into a leadership role.
